Default [help?] Adjusting the headlights

Ever since I've lowered my car on TRDs (and yes, its not much and shouldn't throw off my headlight), it seems as if my headlight has been aiming very high. I haven't been flashed by anyone, but I notice that my light can be seen on reflective signs very far way.

I downloaded the aiming instructions from TRD sparks, but I still don't understand. Im assuming that there is an area where the cutoff is suppose to be on the wall from 25 feet away, but then the hotspot of that side needs to sit within an area...is that right?

If someone can help explain the V-card and how the beams need to be aimed, it would be very helpful. Im planning to do this as soon as possible just for the sake of others.

go to a flat area and point it onto a wall. You should tell if their aiming high by slowly reversing. Once your slowly reversing (plz watch where your going) you should see the beam go up. If so then lower it a couple notches. Keep doing so untill its level. You should know if it is.

that or do it the ghetto way and park 1 car legnth away from a tC or something of a similar light and line it up to the top of the bumper. That will get your light output to a safe level for driving, but not as accurate as the other method.

how close should I start at the wall? Maybe like a few feet and start going backwards?

So the cutoff should be level at any distance, correct? Mine goes upwards as I reverse, but I already knew that it was set a bit too high.
