Will I notice a big difference between the 1.7 and 2.0 in front?

I'm putting some pretty heavy equipment in the back, so I was thinking the Tanabes would even out the sag factor. That sound right?

Is the ride with each comparable?

My last option would be the df210, which is 2.2F and 2.0R, how is the ride on these? I didn't include these in the comparison because obviously the difference with the nf and df's will be noticeable.

Say with 150lbs in the back, which would offset the amount of weight in the rear so it doesn't sag? The NF's leave .5 inches to sag before it becomes uneven, the Goldlines none, and the DF's, .2 ...i'm just not sure.

I had the Tanabe's on my XB and the ride was very good even with 5 people in the car on 19 inch wheels. I can't speak about the Goldlines because I have no experiance with them.

I would recomend the RS*R springs for this situation. I just got back from the SE garage sale and I had the box loaded down with muffler used springs, a table and my luggage for the weekend. The box barely evened out. I still had a rake with the RS*Rs and it was not bouncy at all. Freakin smooth 6 hour drive from northern cali to southern cali!!! RS*Rs are the way to go!! 2.0in the front and 1.2in the rear.

I have goldlines with 17's. I've had 5 people in my xB with no saging or rubbing :wink:

yeah. Go with one with a rake if you're putting a system in. The goldlines can looked sagged even w/o something back there. (I personally didn't think mine did tho)

ok, gotcha. Well, its too bad you don;t have the money for the perfect set-up, no body roll for better corners, no sag at all with equipment in the back and stil a comfortable ride. Maybe next time than. :(
