Hi there, I just bought a 2008 Scion tC last week. I am not thrilled with the grills on the 08. I was looking to buy a grill from a previous model with the honey comb design. I am just not sure if the old grill will fit on the 08. I noticed the earlier models had an aluminum trim that goes around the plastic grill. I do not have that trim on my 08. Has anyone tried converting to an older grill on an 08? If so, let me know if it was possible and what was needed to do it. Below is a pic of the older a grill, and go to my profile to compare the grill of my 08. Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Searching would've given you an answer, but yes, they will fit. There are also quite a few aftermarket grilles available.
