I'm getting the TRD brake pads upfront made of a carbon-metallic compound. They don't make pads for the rear so I'm looking for rear brake pads that will match the front in terms of type. Can anyone tell me what rear pads are made of carbon-metallic compound?

you should just get the Dezod Front and Rears, thats what i have and i absolutly love them. im about to pick up another set

 

I was just looking at those. They look to be exactly what I'm looking for. I'll probably just get the front and rears from Dezod. I'm getting Brembo front and rear cross drilled rotors soon so they should pair up nicely. You're on stock rotors? Mine are shot and need to be resurfaced so I'm just going to get new ones while I'm at it.

 

my rotors are stock, htey have a little life left in them so im not gonna change them up quite yet. but soon ill be gettin stoptech rotors and new dezod pads.

 

how long did the pads last you? if im not mistaken, they were released a few months ago? how do they feel for daily driving?

 

Hard question to answer because everybody drives differently. A good round number would be around 25K-30K miles on brake pads. (Again, a lot depends on your road conditions, traffic, etc.) That's normal wear-n-tear. If you drive a little 'adventureous', you can reduce that number.

 

the number on my oem pads was 8k miles. lol. oops. do you guys know if the dezod pads produce more or less dust than oem?

 

i wanna say i got them at 35k and im at 68k now. and they still have some life to them. and in all honesty i think theres less dust with these then stock...
