Just bought some 18x8 kyowa rims. When taking a sharp turn it rubs a little bit. Had a couple of friends in my ride over the weekend and was rubbing like crazy. Before i had some 19's never had any issues. I just dont get it do i need spacers or what ?

Man, you know whats crazy i went to kyowawheels.com before i bought these and they statted that these wheels would fit nicely on my tc. But i bought them here localy in san diego. So let me ask you this if i go with a 215/40/18 you think that can cure it? But damn i really dont feel like doing that unless i dont have any other choice

nice setup, how low did you drop it??
this is where adj. coilovers come in handy.
and yeah it's prob. a combo of the drop and the weight of you and your friends.

nah my wheels did that too. i was running a set of 255/35/18's and it only rubbed when i hit a bump in the road or turned really hard, its just the body roll, the car leans to one side making it lower and the outer tip of the tire rubbs the plastice wheel well, if had mine on for well over 1 yr and they're no signs of it, cant do much but roll the fenders...or change ur springs to something higher. im on stechs btw
