but to answer your question...
pistons: dezod or JE-je are cheaper..but dezod have lower compression than je (not by much but still)

pulleys: i have agency power, but from what i hear cravenspeed came out with lightest pulley on the market

injectors are gonna be based on what you are trying to accomplish..

rods: carillo

if you are building the engine you'll also need ARP head studs, cometic head gasket and rod bearings..

what did i leave?

dude, no offense, but do you really know what your getting into?

turbo and such, you don't need to build the motor is your only going up to about 300 whp.

building internals gets really expensive, really fast, and then there is the labor that goes into rebuilding the engine.

i think you should lay out your goals with your tc performance wise. drag racing, autocrossing, balanced and fun daily driver and so on.

you might be getting in too deep for what your looking for.

you are looking at spending AT LEAST 2500 on parts and labor

1.)_ new flywheel
2.)_ nts pulley kit
3.)_ new injectors(750 is my prefrence you can go higher if you want)
4.)_ act clutch
5.)_ (dont forget about your sparkplugs) i used bosch platnum 4 series
6.)_ pistons
7.)_ piston rods
8.)_ stiffy torque dampner (your ganna need this)
9.)_ 8 point grounding wires(recommended)
10.)_ ingnitions timer(recommended)
11.)_ 12'' Mishimoto electric fan(if you dont want to overheat...)
12.)_ run fully synthetic oil (i use castrol)

you should see a great increase in hp and your tc should "get up and go!"

if you need some sites i have a list of sites in my favorites

happy hunting

lol How will anything in this list give you a big increase in power? Unless the pistons your talking about are higher compression..you won't see much of anything out of that list of parts.

1.)_ new flywheel - just going to make you rev up and down a little quicker - no increase in power
2.)_ nts pulley kit - You will see some here.
3.)_ new injectors(750 is my prefrence you can go higher if you want) - NO reason for this big of injectors on a N/A car.
4.)_ act clutch - Ummm for what? the incrase in torque he won't have?
5.)_ (dont forget about your sparkplugs) i used bosch platnum 4 series - No reason for these plugs - the stock ones are fine unless he turbos.
6.)_ pistons - Unless those are high compression why are you going to get new ones for a N/A engine?
7.)_ piston rods - Same as above.
8.)_ stiffy torque dampner (your ganna need this) Most people jsut complain about these things - but that's your choice...won't get any power out of this...(DUH)
9.)_ 8 point grounding wires(recommended) No power increase, but good thing to do.
10.)_ ingnitions timer(recommended) You prolly won't really see any increase with this.
11.)_ 12'' Mishimoto electric fan(if you dont want to overheat...) No power increase, but good thing to do.
12.)_ run fully synthetic oil (i use castrol) Ummm..plus 25HP??? not lol

this is going off topic... we are not really talking about what makes how much power... the guy just asked about internals..

i ASSUME... or hope hes going turbo eventually ... bs that would be a waste of money if he doesnt

yeah, if your not going to go turbo, it is a waste of money and time because the increased weight of the forged internals will increase rotation mass and therefore on stock tune, will actually make less power at the wheels and the car will be slower.
