Default wondering if this would fit/rub (updated with teasers)

I was thinking about picking up a set of wheels but was wondering if it would fit/rub?
The wheel specs are 17x8.5 +48. it has two tires on it 235/40/17. Do you think the wheels are to wide for the tc, would they rub on a trd strut/spring setup? And do you guys think i should get a different tire size or just buy 2 more 235/40/17 tires?

looks good, when you get the other two tires look into getting 235.45.17's they will fit a little better. good color choice.

do you think i should just replace the current tires and get 235/45/17 all around? or should i keep the two that are 235/40 ? if i did keep these two would i use the 235/40s in the front or rear? or would it not make a difference?

I would stay consistant with the tire size, either run (4) 235.40.17 or run (4) 235.45.17's. You want to keep a proper balance for your vehicle.
