no existing hole you need to get it cut

There are a few Japanese kits that have dual cutouts, but it would probably be easier just to have it cut out.

I saw this one called the veilside xb bodykit with dual cutouts in the back that might work for you.

get a piece of carboard and place it behind the bumper and trace the existing cutout and then use that as your template for the drivers side cutout. and cut with either tin snips or a cut off wheel

It would be kind of cool if somone were to offer the rear left-half of the ground effects with a molded cutout for dual exhaust. Having it molded instead of cutting into the existing bumper piece would look 100x better in my opinion. :)

yeah it'd look better. good luck tho lol . most people who want a dual cutout will just buy the body kit not a replacement half skirt

hi,
why spend your money on a new tail, just cut it out yourself,if you cant do it,then someone around you should be able to,it aint that hard, trace yours out like the other post and touch up the plastic with touchup paint, your local muffler shop is going to love you after they stick it to yo ___.

ive seen a bumper with a 1 big cut out, which would support 2 exhausts, both left and right. it is similiar to the picture above.

that might work for you.

EVILDAVE just cut his:

Advice: Measure at least 15 times. Mask off the bumper to minimize scuffing.

Because the cut hole on the driver side wouldn't have a lip like the passenger side. I suppose you could cut off the passenger side lip so both sides look the same, but then it looks kind of cheap.

Yeah, but most body kits look way too cartoonish. Besides a half rear valance would be a hell of a lot cheaper than something from a kit.

Hey, you fiberglass/CF guys out there -- there's a business opportunity awaiting. In fact, you could make a one-piece valance (either single or dual exhaust) that's just like stock but gets rid of the damn seam in the middle.

instead of getting the lip cut off the right cutout, get one put into the left cut that you make.. it will make the lip structurally stronger in that area and prevent deforming from the heat.

If its designed and mounted properly, the exhaust sytem shouldn't shift. I have less than 1/4 inch clearance on either side of my center exit exhaust tip. Its also double walled, and mounted properly, so I'm not worried. I tugged, pushed, and pulled on the rear lip where the cutout is, and its still pretty strong structually.

just to give an idea, don't know if its tacky to you, but this is what i did to my 190E when i cut the bumper.

main purpose is to stregthen the plastic. made from alluminum, then brushed. with plushed allen screws too.

That would be my next mod should I ever unintentionally melt my rear lip.

That's why we have different priorities. There's more for me in SoCal at the moment.

I guess you didn't read my post in Pacific Mid, you replied to it. Just re-prioritizing everything as my time is limited.
