hey guys i just order my wheel set lastnight from wheelsnext and i havent received any email or tracking number from them is this normal? I'm little worry now oh and im sure i gave them my right email address

 

I'm thinking about ordering from them but I really wasn't sure I wanted Nankang NS2s. Did you get that tire or did you request something else?

 

I bought wheels and tires and i have not yet to received anything from them

 

i ordered from them the other day got a call back today saying that they havent received shippment from tenzo did u order tenzos.. the salesman said its gonna be about 2 months wait

i would justt give them a call, i placed my order over the phone, and i paid with western union so they got the money right away, and they were really nice over the phone, they offered to up my tires to a better tire, and they also said that the shippment (container) from tenzo will be approximatly 2 months thats the lates from them. now how did u pay?

trust me just call them they should have u in the system if they received ur payment

 

well i ordered my rims (axis penta same as yours lol) about month ago...they didn't send me any email... i don't like their customer service...
just call them and get the tracking No.
That's the fastest way to know what's goin on your transaction....

 

I'm the kind of person who wants to get an email for every step my package makes... lol unfortunately it doesn't happen. thank God for tracking numbers. UPS does tracking.
