yeah .. who wants a big thumb print or dots on their car ... just looks dumb.... same goes for the thumbprint gas cover ... the Logo on the side I kind of do Like ... wasn't sure if I would like it so I didn't get it ...

He USED to go...back at the first few, V represented...and even b4 TSW was formed, he came for me and showed support for our little get togthers that eventually turned into TSW meetings.

He's a very busy guy, but he's out and about...certainly at the shows at least!

I did some builds one the scion site I didn't like any of them... the BlueBox looks good though.

What was up with the limited colors of steering wheels, too? I mean, you get a blue/black/sliver car you don't want a bright red wheel. :bleh:

I have a feeling that Toyota was thinking of the thumbprints, etc. as accessories that could be foisted on mommie and daddie when they bought the car as a surprise for their children or grandchildren. I know of nobody who has these things on their cars voluntarily.

i have the steering wheel in grey ... goes well with the silver/grey/black interior and is much better than the plastic steering wheel ... especially when its cold

the only one i think worth getting is the scion logo.

I see a white one with thin red and blue pinstripe going the length of the xB at the top of the door.( retired couple) Drove past him when I was going to L.A. Not ugly but different.

For some reason I think the dots could almost work if they were almost the same color as the rest of the car, for example white car with light light grey, or maybe black with dark dark grey....
But the thumbprint is confusing, and from what they told me at Scion Corp. Hq. in Japan, is that they have this big ___ giant dude who grabs dips his hand in ink and grabs each of scion personally, then they cover with 3M clearcoat sticker... so who knows could be big collector item, when that dude kicks the bucket.
You know big dudes die quicker. I suspect they are lying though, he probably is normal sized guy, but with giant hands.
