Has anyone painted their stock wheels?
if so post some pics im thinking about doing it, wanna see what they look like painted...

 

ya a ton of people on here have stockies painted, i know i do, mine are painted black

 

that looks good...what are the steps that u need to do
and what paint did u use?

 

take them off, tape them up, sand them down, and paint them, i used gloss black

 

I used the the flat black paint for wheels i think its dupli color.....if you dont want to spend crazy time sanding you can get this stuff called "Sefl-etching primer" the top is like green just look you will find it


Just clean the rim real good
Tape off the wheel or any lip you want to create
Sand or Spray Self-Etching Primer
Spray thin coats of the paint making sure it does not run
clear if you want the look and added protection
