tC Climate Control Lighting
I am determined to change all the amber lights in my tC to blue and red, VW Jetta style, so I attempted to disassemble the center console today. Got down to the circuit board that controls all the climate control buttons and the display but couldn't get any further. Anyone else has any luck? Here are some pics incase you are curious what it looks like:

I took out all the screws I could find but it still wouldn't budge. Since this is the first time I have done anything like this I didn't want to break anything so I didn't try and pull the pieces apart too hard. Seems like I am missing something though.
I just did this a few days ago to figure out what kind of LEDs I would need to get. I'm going to do mine blue
The plastic piece that the circuit board is screwed to comes out. There's a few clips around the top and bottom. Just pry slightly with a flathead and then pull on the plastic part, the hot/cold **** is holding it on as well ... with a little force the **** will just pop off. Then there's a small nut around the shaft that the **** is connected to that sanwiches the plastic piece between the **** and the circuit board. I used a deep socket to remove it. After that the board lifts right out
Theres' like 18 SMD LEDs
Sorry if my description sucks, but I'm not very good at explaining things. When I do my conversion, I'll have pictures of the complete process
