who has gotten their xb impounded for speed racing?
Racing? In an xB? On the street? How did the police know?
More seriously, hope you learned from that one, Chris.
(The only racing I do in my xB is in the driveway against the gardener in his golf cart... He usually wins...)

yah... no racing man. we don't want to see you in the news because you rolled the car doing 75.
its not worth it.
find a local track that has open night and get a helmet.
you can race all day or night on a closed track for like $15

not to insult anyone.. but anything you need for a race car (like aerodynamics, high revv or boosted engine, sport suspension, etc.), our xB doesn't have that. so why even bother?
people need to learn how things work, and then maybe we can come to our senses. our cars are great gas mileage car that's why it has a small displacement engine.

I don't know what you guys are talking about you can race anything that moves, little kids on playgrounds that run 5 mph race, old people in there hoverrounds race, and yes powerful cars race and thats what most people think you "need" to race but they're wrong as long as the thing your are racing is of comparable speed it can be enjoyable. you people need to get your heads on straight.
i agree the anything can be raced as long as what you are racing isof comparable performance.
im only pointing out how dangerous it is to yourself and innocent others.
now on a closed track...... that a different story. everyone is a willing participent and they have medical people waiting.
besides $15 entry fee is cheeper then $500 in fines.

I think what's more amusing is the fact that I'm willing to bet the car is bone stock.
It's not like he added a bunch of parts and wanted to test it out (not that it justifies racing) but instead, he took one of the slower cars on the market and raced it...
