carbon creation carbon fiber fenders do they fit good ? 600 shipped for a pair or one ? i wrecked my car and need two fenders thats why im asking. whats everyone thinck ?

 

Have only seen one car with them and they looked good however, he said they were a _____ to get to fit right.


Also he had a CF hood.... so that is a must.

 

im getting a seibon hood but would love the carbon fenders just need to find somethat are going to fit right

 

if they have it in a 1x1 weave id be all over it.

 

how bad are the fitment issues ? and is there anything u need to take off the stock fenders ?

 

Unless you have a BSP, don't do it. They will look silly on any other color.

 

ive seen a FM with them and he said fitment wasnt too bad, they looked great, he had a carbon hood fenders and lip kit

 

If it is a show car, then go for the carbon fenders, everyday street car, I see no reason at all to go carbon. Spend the 600 on go fast goodies or repairs. And don't say weight, because the weight savings are all most negliable.

 

eh if you need replacements then then why not... it may end up cheaper.. + if it is what you like then DO it...

 

only way i'd get some carbon fenders is if mine were dented past the point of repair, n then i'd get 'em to save the $$ on paint.

 

was never a big fan of cf fenders, it just doesnt flow right.

 

yea i tihnck im gonna do it im gonna two tone my car nautical blue on top with a black on the bottom. i was planning on leaving the bottom half of the fenders carbon and paint the top half nautical blue. im also doing a headliner and gas lid.

 

dark color you might be able to pull it thru but make sure you have other plans in mind to back up your cf fender, gas lid wont be enough and headliner..well thats interior setup.

 

eh fitment is awlays gonna be an issue with parts like these...

Are they wider than stock? I would love some new wider front fenders as I can only fit 245 tires right now.

 

no they are the same as stock

 

I have them on my car as of last weekend - VERY worth it!!! The fit is very good - I only had to do a little trimming in the top corner with a dremel, there was no warpage or anything nasty like that. They look very good, and I've already gotten quite a few compliments on them. Both in person, and people trying to drag race at stoplights.
