That's Elroy's xB. That kit is from japan i believe.

In Japan, its the Parto kit. And in its "revised" US version, its the TC Sportline kit. Nilo had this kit for a while, and Sam runs it also. The TC Sportline kit has nice thick fibreglass for the front lip, and the side skirts need a tiny bit of fitment work, IIRC. I wouldn't mind having this kit myself. I'm patiently waiting for another one.
