Hey Guys/Gals,

Winter is slowly approaching here in NY and I want to be ready for when it hits (It seems this winter is going to be nasty).

My question is the following. I got my current rims from my dealer, they sponsored me for my wheels but kept my steelies as deposit for the wheels they gave me ( I don't care...after all I got a nice set of rims) but I don't want to run the rims during the winter being afraid that they are going to get messed up and scratched.

I am currently looking to buy either new steelies for the winter with a new set of winter tires or if I HAVE TO buy new rubber for my Enkei RSV's 18X7.5 that I am running with with a set of 215/35/18. I really don't know what to do...what would you guys do?? Helpp!!

^^^ What he sid. Or, if they're cool, maybe they'll give you the simple alloys and some stock all seasons for the winters.

If that doesn't work. Pick p a set of used steelies from a junk yard or wheel/tire shop. I'm sure the can't be too expensive.
Or just buy a $250 winter beater and store the box.

FYI, we offer both 14 and 15 inch "Steel Wheels" and / or "Alloys" for the xB and a wide variety of winter tires to choose from. In addition, "Mounting & Balancing" is included at "No Charge" with any package orders. Going with a smaller size winter tire and wheel package will provide a much higher level of traction at a lower cost, and save your new 18" from Winter's wrath and any possible mounting / dismounting damage!
