Default nitrous tune?

I am new to the tc (coming from the honda scene) and I plan on using the nitrous kit I kept from my honda on the tc ... running a 50 dry shot, but I was wondering what you guys are nitrous are using for tuning? greddy emanage? also do you guys run any fuel mods on spray? I ran a fuel pressure regulator and walboro 255lph on the hatch just to be safe ... thanks for the hedas up.

ps - I read the tuning sticky but it seems to be based around turbos/sc's thanks again

Welcome. Just to give you a little heads up

Scion tC Tuner Rule 1: There are no "JDM" parts for your car
Scion tC Tuner Rule 2: Your car isnt a Honda

Search is a very helpful feature and please use it whenever you have a question. Chances are that somebody already asked what you want to know.

Im sure you arent new to forums but keep these in mind and you wont get flamed.

whats with the rules posting out of curiosity? just because I said I am coming from hondas? I could care less about jdm (I personally feel people need to get back to building clean cars instead of worrying about where the parts came from) and I know the car isnt a honda, thats why I got it but regardless thanks for the heads up, I know your just trying to help keep the boards free of BS

as for searching, maybe my searchfu is weak, but I cant seem to find much ...

Ya I get ya. You would be amazed at how many new people come on here posting about JDM stuff for the tC.

As for something related to your original topic, heres a recent discussion about nitrous on tC's. You might find something here helpful.

thanks for the help, I found some topics to read, by playing with the search and figuring out how it works on this forum, either way, thanks again, it looks like I will be either using a greddy emanage or apexi neo - I just wanna make sure I dont lean out and lol @the jdm craze ... I hate it ...

I wouldn't get the neo, all the apexi safc , safc 2 dont work well with our ecu's because the ecu overides it eventualy. if you are running just a 50 shot I think you should be fine without any tuning. There are people that run 230 whp on stage 0's with no tuning.

ya tuning would be afterwards to squeeze a little extra power out of it.

I will probably grab the greddy emanage then

so intake/header/exhaust/nitrous/window switch/and a tune later on

Because they don't know any better.

Because those Stage 0 turbo kits are such a low PSI that the stock ECU is able to manage without the help of a management system like eManage.

good. at least you know that much lol.
im willing to bet most people who read what i put didnt know what i meant
no offense anyone

there have been a few threads about people pushing 100 shots wet i think. and having no issues (yet!)
but they were deleted by the mods because people got into arguments about stage 0 vs nitrous blah blah.
you might be able to dig some threads up if you search.
cant remember if they were locked or deleted
EDIT
heres one that was on the first page

its all good, thanks for the link, I have not acutally looked at a tc engine bay yet, but from what I have read the fuel system is a returnless fuel system and the FPR is not on the rail correct? so how are people running dry shots? my zex kit needs to connect vacuum to the fpr, Ill probably just get rid of it and pick up a wet kit.

I would do a wet kit with a window switch which would give you more tuning control as well as some traction control.

As for the fuel rail golden eagle makes a after market fuel rail that you can run a return line from.

i did some research, and it just seems easier for me to run a wet kit instead of the dry kit I have, so I will be selling the dry, and grab a wet kit/window switch and all the other goodies
