Sorry, I missed your question. The set in the Five Axis tC was made by Katzkin. It's a one-off kit atm. The price tag on it was about $2000. installed (by your local katzkin dealer). So yea... a more economical set is out. Simply a Clazzio cover with a Five Axis logo on the side. I'll upload a picture in a bit. I can't seem to get photoshop to work on my new laptop... curse you vista business 64!

Hey, I was just carousing the forums, when I came across these seat covers , and they look so amazing, I cannot resist wanting to buy a set. Right now my poor tC is sitting on jacks in a storage shed, because I am deployed to Afghanistan. I want these seat covers to be there when I come back, so I can install them right away.

There is a blue leather center version available, but it would be a custom order (8-12 week leadtime). There is no extra charge for the custom order, it's just the wait time that comes into play.

yea everyone that sees them always think they're custom reupholstered. They find it difficult to believe that they're plain seat covers.

these are excellent quality seat covers. Also in regards to the creases it just took 1 or 2 days in 100 degree summer heat for the creases to flatten themselves out. :D my creases were gone within the first few days of installing.

Yea, the piping will match the x-stitching. The cover is ALL PVC though. (no suede/leather center-- all the same material as the outside area to ensure a proper stitch). Price is the same as the Suede-- $399 less SL discount = $339.15 shipped. It's only available as a custom order atm. Redline9k has a set that should be here next week. I'll be asking him for a few photos once he installed them :P

Depends on bragging rights? For example TOM'S Racing Japan has floor mats (yes, floor mats) made of "Viteau" material for like $1200 or so. Some things are just too luxurious for some of us to comprehend :rofl:

PVC is what vinyl is made of. Its also what probably much of the plastics already in the car is made of. If your house was built in the last few decades, its probably what many of the pipes in your house are made of.

While there are studies that say the smell of PVC is it "off-gassing" and that it may be harmful, so are the ingredients in your cheetos, the sweetener in your soda, the aluminum in the can, the exhaust you breathe driving through town, the aluminum in your deodorant, and the BGH in your hamburgers.

I doubt you'll have any health problems from seat covers unless they're on fire and youre sitting in the car with them, but at that point I think you'll have bigger concerns :P

Just ordered a set of Black/Black leather to celebrate my car turning 100 (that's 100K miles...). I've been using Wet Okole covers for the past 4 years, and they are great, but are starting to look faded and tired.

Can't wait to get these and rejuvenate my interior! I'm going to try to hit 200K with this car, so I need something to spice it up and keep it fresh to avoid having my eye wander to all those tasty temptations in the new car showroom!

That car doesn't have a sunroof that opens. So how could it be mistaken for a regular tC? Fitment and quality of the covers looks great. I might go with that color combo.

I opted to go with leather over PVC but they are nearly indistinguishable. I don't know if you know what PVC is but go to a local hobby lobby and ask someone to show you some black PVC, you'll really be amazed. I once had my entire dash and sub box wrapped in it. So we can consider PVC to be a synthetic leather......and obviously cheaper.

Now on the other hand lets talk about the differences. With traditional leather there is an issue of maintenance. Genuine leather is just like your skin, you have to moisturize and condition so it will not dry out and crack. Where as a synthetic will stand up to dry weather much better, with less care. Next we have to talk about gravity. Over time genuine leather will expand and contract and may begin to sag or stretch, where as synthetic leather will not stretch. We also have to think about what impact the harmful UV rays from the sun will have on the product. Genuine leather over time will fade, as opposed to synthetic which will not. One final difference between the two is flammability. Now I'm not going to tell you that you can't light genuine leather on fire, but synthetic leather is by far more flammable.

On the rear bench, I followed the instructions and removed the bench, put the cover on, tightened the straps and string, but when I put it back I can't get the bench to snap back in place. Has anyone else had this problem? I got the hook in the rear back in but the 2 hooks under the bench in the front will not snap back in. What do I have to do to get this correct?

I just did mine last night and the way I got mine back in was by launching myself in the air and landed on the front of the bench to snap it back into place. Did for each side and it worked.

I only did my rears last night. My hands are already raw and a little bloody! Will finish up the fronts on Saturday.

Depends on the vehicle. If on hand, it'll ship today. If not on hand, it'll ship Monday (I have a Saturday delivery this week).

Just finished putting in my set of black/black leather. Spread it out over 2 nights, took about 3 hrs total. Took my time (since it was quite dark in my driveway) and found everything got easier as I went along. All I can say about the Clazzios are...Oh My God!!! They're awesome looking, awesome feeling, awesome everything!!! I'm not going to post pictures since mine look just like everyone else's, but I wholeheartedly recommend these to anyone who can pony up the dough. Well worth it and more!

Just replied to your e-mail. Looks like you have the "early 06" headrest, which is the same as the 04-05 model. Instructions sent in the e-mail. It'll take a few days to get the new ones out to you though :)

So after reading 55 pages I have one question that I do not believe was addressed before....

...Do these covers interfere with folding the back seats down? I am always moving a lot of stuff and want to be sure these do not have to be readjusted each time I want to fold the seats down.

Also, do the seat covers allow for child seats to be used via LATCH system (hooks on the bottom of back rest and on back of seat) currently present on my 09 xB? Need to know since my sister is quite paranoid about me taking her kid, still has the new mom jitters.

nope they dont. i move mine all of the time to put stuff in the back seat or for moving to install wiring and no problems with it

They fold with ease. There is a little more friction (since there is material between the seat back and seat bottom), but nothing major.

There are holes cut for the LATCH system, so it can still be used.

A friend of mine is buying an xD soon and wanted these covers, but he said the pic he saw looked a little saggy and not as tight as my tc covers. I remember seeing them but they were supposed to get remeasured and fixed. Did they tighten them up?

We'll have to do a custom order for a quad bucket application. The price will be the same though. I'll see if I can pull some strings and make it happen sooner than later.

The bB covers do exist (JDM spec). If the UK spec are the same as the Japanese spec, it'll be fine. To my knowledge, it should be the same. If you can contact your local UK dealer and get a part number for the seat assembly, I can cross check against the Japanese part number.

No full-leather seat available. The PVC on the sides are used since they wear better than the leather. The leather is more durable, but becomes wrinkled over time. The PVC wears down, but still looks the same (overall).

Those with suede insets, how do you like them? I know suede is harder to clean but you'd stick less to them in summer.

No go at this time. Depending on the future sales levels, Clazzio may be setting up a factory in the US. Once this happens, more and more custom options will be available. Sales have slowed now, so it's not likely to happen anytime soon, but eventually will.

I have to maintain a certain profit level so that's why my prices are slightly higher. ($424.15 leather). Though their suede deal is definitely a steal! To each his own though. The warranty is same on all the covers, basically it must be inspected within so many days of arrival and reported in. I haven't seen any company cover wear/tear on seat covers before. Keep in mind that warranty covers defects from manufacturering and not usage.

Jeff any word on the other material? Do you think it would be possible to get more black PVC so I could do my headliner. Ive been to all the fabric places in my area and nothing is close to the pvc. the pvc just looks way better than even the most expensive vinyl.

There isn't a white insert at this time. The only "white"ish color available is the "Ivory". It's an off-white that's similar to a very light beige. It'll work well in a darker shade car, but I don't think it'll work well on a super white car.

There has been a change in MAP on the Clazzio seat covers. This will take effect on Monday, June 1, 2009. It won't be that much higher than now, but it will be increased. This is an FYI for anyone that is planning to purchase soon.

Most of the covers no longer have the logo on the suede. I will do a physical check and let you know :bow: Same price though =P No extra charge.

I asked this ages ago about 10 pages back but I am really really keen to get some clazzio covers for my Toyota bB, I have a zenki edition 2001 version Toyota bB and the driving side is different to the US, if anyone knows where I could get some covers for mine I would be chuffed to bits!!
