It really depends on the dealership you go to buy it it should run between 500-600 dollars. I somehow got mine for 350 dollars since my dealership charged it as a accessory install.

ok well i guess 500 is decent.

do i have to buy the supercharger from the dealer to keep my warranty? because there is a guy on here saying he can get and 07 S/C for $2200 and that plus install is still alot cheaper than buying it from the dealer.

just buy the Supercharger from TRD Sparks. they have it for $1850.. Inside the box should be a form the dealer (or you) fills out and sends to TRD for the warranty stuff.

Dealerships should honor the warranty on the s/c as long as it is brand new and not tampered with. It shouldn't matter where it was bought from, but some dealerships might give you a hard time (they would make more money if you bought it from them). If they do give you a hard time, I'd check around some more.

im pretty much for sure going to go with S/C sometime during the end of spring/ beginning of summer so im trying to find the cheapest route i just need to find out more about what voids warranties and what not because i paid $2000 for the premium warranty and im not about to ____ that away...too quickly

i would like to know what others paid for the install....

If you can get it for cheaper than what is stated in their books, which is the shop hourly rate ($80-95 per hour) multiplied by 8 hours to install... you are doing good. If the person has installed a supercharger on a tC before, it can take about 6 hours.

Generally, dealers will warrant a supercharger in these following ways:

If purchased at a dealership, installed @ the dealer:
Supercharger part(s) are covered
Labor is covered

If purchased at a dealership, installed elsewhere:
The supercharger part and items associated are covered. Labor is not.

If purchased at ??, installed elsewhere:
Supercharger may not be covered. You must provide a receipt with the selling dealer and they are authorized to deal TRD parts (or get their parts from an authorized TRD seller, aka any dealer)

E-mail me and I'll see if I can work a deal out for you
