The reason im asking so much is because i just installed my turbo kit and ive had the car for about 3 days, so im asking other what kind of experience have you had. My car still needs ALOT of tuning but with the mess i have now it runs dam hard. Let me know!

Also, my car is a slobomatic, so when the torque converter tries to open up it make s my car jump gears every once in a while, but as the transmission warms up this gets better.

No, not yet, I am about maxed out for stock internals. Everything seem s to be doing well. I am aware of the 1NZFE internals kit, and plan on getting it when the money becomes available. I will be doing that and a manual transmission change over at the same time.

might want to upgrade your tranny internals if you can find the parts for it and maybe a higher stall torque converter if you can find 'em

Yeah that was a definite safety measure, and a steal to 30 bucks! I am definitely going to do the 5 speed thing though.

doing a tranny swap i'm pretty sure you already know you need the ECU for a manual tranny and every thing else, unless you have a parts car you know of...

We are going to make a video on how this thing runs, this would pertain to all 1NZFE engines even though I am running a bit higher than most.

I'm watching close looks like it fits better than most I've seen on the sites. is that custom exhaust manifold?

I have to get this thing on a dynojet dyno to get a clear reading on the numbers. Right now the horsepower is hard to pin down exactly because every run on the dyno they had came out different, because the dyno (mechanically powered) kept fighting my torque converter. But as soon as I can get it on the jet I will.

As far as the manifold it was one of a few parts that were actually salvageable from the original ZPI Yaris kit. I was surprised how nice the manifold was myself, it fits well.

180-200 WHP??? If this is wheel horsepower than those are some very respectable numbers. I was hoping to hit 140WHP on my car, if i get to 180, this thing is going to fly!!

Do you have a wideband?? Im running OEM injectors which are 180CC's and my car has a tendency to get really rich when i get on it, so i cant imagine what 550cc injectors must feel like.

Do you an E-manage blue or ultimate?? Do you think you could send me your fuel map through email?? Im going to the dyno tomorrow or Friday, hopefully, and as a basis of comparison your fuel map could be very useful to me. Obviously things like barometric pressure, heat, height above sea level, affects a very exact tune, but if your using a street tune than it might help me out.

It puts you in your chair at 1/4 throttle, the only hang up is the tranny.

With the map it runs rich until the engine and trans warms up.

Call me dumb, but how would I send this to you? I have E-Manage blue. I need to take this thing to a dynojet to fine tune it, but let me know and I will see what I can do.
