Default these dang tC's are AWESOME cars!!

we had bought this car for our daughter

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...931&highlight=

and she went into the army, and gave it back to us.

MAN!! i like driving this car, it's small, quick, and fun to hop around in traffic.

it's just a blast.

especially after driving this thing all the time, it's such a pain to park:

yeah, i wanted to lower it, but it's a one ton, so it's a bucket of money to lower: you have to remove the one ton spring packs, or the bump stops for the one ton helper springs. it is, what it is.

i got the wheels & tires cheep, so they work, life is good

do all tC's come stock with the Strut Tower brace, AEM oil cap, and AEM battery bracket?

mine is a RS1, but it was owned by some Navy kid for about 2 months before we got it. dunno if he put that stuff on,

???

no offense but any vehicle aside from a Hummer would feel fast, small, and quick compared to your truck.

you guys need to do heavy time in the Military.

Uncle Sam has become "Uncle Sugar"

i was making ~75k a year when i got out few years ago.

my daughter just got $20k to sign in the Army.

pass Boot Camp, pass first school, get paid half (10k - 30% Taxes = $7000)
and the other half is paid every year, so you get a few thousand bonus on your anniversary date

we pulled the lighter OEM tint off, and put on a darker layer, that REALLY makes the red color pop.

they did not do the front windshield strip.

how far can you come down on the front windshield before it's like looking out of a tunnel?

if ya get time (i know you are on here wasting time on here, while you are at work)

go to GOOGLE maps & type in

Wilkinson Way, North Charleston SC

it's an AWESOME road on the back side of the Naval Base, cut thru a swamp & twisty turny

i try to set the cruise:

speed limit is 35mph. a truck can do ~35ish

the Scion can do 40 easy (without squealing the tires)
and a bike can do ~45 if you push it HARD.

it's a nice way to start the ride home every afternoon

that's what made me do this post, an old fart in a old ragger mercedes tried to hang with the tC.

i left him...
