Default Scion/Toyota cruise February 2nd (updated again!)

Northwest 9th Gen is planning a cruise in the Portland/Vancouver area for February 2nd. All Toyotas are welcome to come.

We will be meeting at the Jantzen Beach Starbucks in Portland, Oregon at 10am. The cruise has been relocated to some twisty back roads through Corbett, OR and some freeway driving. Old Historic will probably be icey. I'm crossing my fingers for no rain, but it looks very likely.

Our club tends to concentrate on respect for one another, group support of the hobby, lots of drive time, and and a humble attitude. If this sounds like something you're interested in, come drive with us on February 2nd. The exact route is not final yet, but will be an all day event. For more information, please follow this link:

http://www.9thgencorolla.com/forum//...ad.php?t=72186

The link has been updated to a new topic.

PM me with any questions.

I hope to see some more of the Scion community there. I and my friend will both be there with our tCs.

They have a GPS map on their forums if I remember correctly.

Now that it's on the 2nd Mo & I might be able to attend (unless baby comes early).

For those of you who may come or are coming, please add your name to the roster on the original 9thgencorolla.com post. I would like to have a head count to print out for the meet.

Thanks

PS Your input on the cruise route is welcome. We are still deciding.

Please check out the 9thgencorolla.com post for the best details, but I thought I would give everyone an update here. We will be driving the Old Historic Highway, which ends at the The Dalles I believe. If the weather is good, this is going to be a beautiful and fun drive.

If the weather does not allow for it, we will turn around and decide on another destination together, probably south on I-5.

Anyone who is planning to come - please sign up on the roster on 9thgencorolla.com. I will be using that for roll call when we meet. We will probably wait for stragglers after everyone on the list shows up, but it's fair for us to have a tentative list.

Hope to see some of you there!

DOH -- as usual, I'm busy that day. Darn -- that would've been fun.

Folks can PM me if they want to let me know if you they are coming. I just realized that you have to register on 9thgencorolla to post, which is useless for most people on scionlife.com.
