Default Wiring Harness problem

In the middle of installing my AVIC D3X, and I finish routing the wiring, and taping everything up. I go to hook the battery terminal up, and turn the power over to ACC.

No life in my new headunit. So I am like damn, so i pull it part and with making sure the connections are fully seated, then from there i started touching the ends of the wiring harness with my tester. the only spot i could get to light up was the ACC.

Some reason I dont have a live battery wire, can anyone give me some insight?

I bought the wiring harness needed to hook this up, but I assumed everything would be correct, and it fit great.

ok, well the fuse was blown for the radio, so that explains why I had no live wire.

Now I inline spliced my bluetooth box to the headunit's 12v battery feed. I am wondering if that is too much for that little 15amp fuse for the radio?

couldn't tell you honestly if that happened. I ended up cutting the wire and i put a new connector on after I put a new fuse in. Since then it has been running fine.

yeah, that shim didnt fit, so today my father and iwas doing some mods to the car. I replaced the floor in the back cargo area with a solid sheet of box plywood, and mounted the amp under it.

I also cut a peice out and painted it grey to go around the HU. I soon as I upload the pics i will share

Now to figure out why my amp isnt pushing enough juice to my sub, and for eD to send me my box i ordered!
