What offset 35 or 38 will give my brake some clearance for a BBK? I don't want my wheels to rub into my new BBk.

depends what bbk and what wheel. the backspacing and wheel face design matter more than the offset.

well don't worry about the wheels because if you go custom you can send the company your brakes and they'll build the wheels around the brakes
