Default s/c rev noise

so one problem kinda went away on its own and another one starts. i had a rattling sound that was coming from the pulley side of the s/c and it went away on it's own but now it seems like when i rev to 2500 to 3300 RPM my car sounds like it's working really hard then it calms down before and after the rpm mentioned. can it be the BPV and the K&N intake i put in? im goin to put the old filter back and wee what happens. it's just a drop in filter i changed not a CAI so can that make my car run lean?

hm...Id take it to the dealer. I have the K&N drop in and don't have any problems so it coudn't be that. The only problem I know of is that the oil clogs up the maf sensor so it needs to be cleaned every so often
