Are you looking to complete your show car? Do you want to turn heads when you drive down the street? Look no further. The Scion tC Carbon Fiber Hood from Racing Solution is your answer. Made out of top quality carbon fiber material and a durable fiberglass body, this hood is a direct replacement to your stock hood.
The hood is a breeze to install. It bolts up to the factory latches and uses a strong hood latch so that hood pins are optional*. The hood does not come with pre-drilled windshield washer nozzle holes.
Each hood is covered with a UV protectant clear coat to protect the hood from the elements. The purpose of this clear coat is to prevent fading of the carbon fiber material and to give the hood a clear, smooth finish.
When you place your order, our staff carefully packages your hood with several layers of bubble wrap. Each hood is mounted on plywood to protect the edges of the hood during shipment. The hood is then placed into a cardboard box and securly tightened. Your hood is picked up by the delivery company and shipped directly to your door. After your order has been picked up, we will email you with your tracking number so you can watch your hood travel to your door.

Yes they are legal. They just have to be securely latched.. and our hoods latch just like the stock hood so you're set.

you also need to transfer the OEM emissions sticker over from your stock hood to be completely legal

rather it's not the cf that turns yellow. it's the resin that does.
i would go ahead and clearcoat the hood for a longer lasting protection.
