Default **New toy to play with

You guys can expect some new vids with some bad ___ camera angles for the 08 Season. I just got my new camera mount in the mail today. I'm going to test it out later today, and post up a vid (on the Z, I'm wrenching on the tC right now but some new kills will come for 0.

Just a basic Panasonic SD video camera. My regular camera is a Sony Cybershot. I got the mount from here:

http://chasecam.com/store/customer/p...cat=248&page=1

Very fast shipping by the way. I bought it with the 3 inch extension, but you can also buy it without the extension for cheaper, as well as if you want to buy a Harness bar mount, or just a one suction cup mount, they sale them all at that website.

I had been looking all over these type of mounts myself. Then while surfing the 350z forums, I came across a vid of some boosted Z videos, and the guy was using this mount.

^^Yeah, Alberto (guy with GReddy TT from the Z forums) has tested it up to 140+mph. Since It's mostly going to see "drift practice" and the tC tops out at 127mph, I think I should be good to go.

If I still have my Z then yes. If not, then no. Going to be putting it up for sale, and buy a SR/RB swapped 240sx. Then later on, get into a newer Z. Perhaps 05-06 model.

Thats a great choice Travis. I love my buddies RB 240sx.. its quick, but he has a lot of fun with it.

I still wonder how it sticks on so well with only three suction cups...

They are heavy duty cups. Can't tell by the pic, but they are pretty large.

Dash
Window
Windshield
Body
...

Pretty much anywhere that you can get a good adhesion surface.
