Default Tudo Midpipe help!

well i just intsalled the midpipe and its rattling against the heat sheild, i have searched and my options pretty much come down to....

cutting the bolt that holds the head sheild, get self tapping screws and screw it into the frame,

bend the hangers, which im on stechs so thats a no no,

or my idea, get some cheat heat wrap and wrap the clanking part

and my questions is, would wrapping the midpipe work?

if not, what do you guys suggest...

I dont know if you read my post about my tsudo midpipe, but i have the same problem. except my problem is with my whole install beginning of the midpipe to the end.. i probably will have to redo the install tonight.

But i think you can wrap it, im not too sure though, but they do make header wraps so maybe you could use those... just my guess

i did read your post, and thats what i was going to use, i figuured that owuld make the noise die down, or be noththing cause i would just wrap the area that would be clanking and hope it will work well,

im gonna do it tomrrow and ill tell you if it works, Advance Auto has header wrap for 15 bucks...

all you half to do it put a flat head scre driver up aginst the screw on the heat sheild and hit the screw driver with a hammer... which will bend that hanger thing thats holding the heat sheild so low closer to the frame.. my tsudo doesnt hit now that ive done that
