Default MMW HEADER....MISSING GASKET?

I just recieved my package for my mmw header from weapon-r...and the only gasket that is in the box is the header to s-pipe gasket.....isn't there suppoded to be a actual header gasket?....does anyone have this header set up?

Yes! I have the mmw header and s-pipe. I said the same thing when i got mine, I called weapon-r and they told me that you reuse your stock gasket. Its made from stainless so it will work fine. Ive had my headers on for 20000 miles with no leaks or problems on the header.

FYI
The hp gains they tell you about on the web site are pretty close, IF you have intake and exhaust. Mne made 23 hp more and 21 tq.

Do you have a dyno sheet to prove that?

I got 163.79 hp and 162.23 tq on my best run. I will try to post a picture of the dyno sheet. I have mmw header, injen sri, magnaflow axle back.

Yes for some reason the first O2sensor has given us problems too when we have done installs here as well.

Our Header is a Direct fit. Always has and always will be. Please post pictures of your claim of it not meeting the Exhaust. Please. Also we are always here during 9am-430pm Pacific standard time to call.

Does anyone have rattling noises coming from spipe/header/midpipe region after installing the header, if so/if not, could you help me solve this problem?

Is it from not tightening the nuts?

i have the same issue of it hitting the output shaft from the motor and its grinded it down... ive debated on either making a new spipe (which i dont want to do), hammering the pipe to either bend it or warp it some so it doesnt do it anymore... or selling it all and going another route in which i personally really do not wana do cuz i do like the headers gains i get past 4k rpms...

i actually want to make a 2.25 spipe ....and not the current 2.5 spipe... to get some TQ back

i have a few rattles, but honestly, i've become either deaf or just too used to it. i'm just hoping its nothing too big... i heard it was the heatshield under the car, but not too sure.

i just took it for a spin... and i notice my rattleing occuring at low rpm's for instance if i take off from 2nd...i hear it most. but once i hit 3000rpm its gone. ...as far as perfomance goes....with my particular set up.... i did notice a loss if not a neutral respone at lower rpm's however from 2nd to 3rd to 4th.....any thing that i'm at high rpm at......it is very noticable....but you know what......i've been doing some thinking......i spent 475 for my exhaust system, 499 for my headers, 205 for my intake.....and that almost $1200 bucks for what has been dynoed at a gain of 26hp?!!!!???? anyone else see the problem??.... i can spend another $800-$1000......and be talking about a gain of 100+hp!!!!!! my point is let my experience help a few other looking to do a set up like mine..... save a few more bucks and just fo turbo!!!! im probably going to pick up a turbo kit sometime this year....and sell my current shi*.........any recommendations from you guys as far as decent turbo kits go? im looking for at least 300hp.... theres a dude i work with who i really want to shut up with his 94' 300 hp v8 vette. and another with his 300+ m45......lol its gonna happen..... so come on fellas what kits you think are best bang for the buck...??
