Default New to the site and new Scion Tc Owner

Hey guys, I just joined this site and it seems pretty cool so far. I just got my Tc not too long ago and I'm looking to fix it up a bit. I'm going to get my windows tinted here soon. I was just curious as to what you guys think I should do with my Scion. Right now I'm just worried about the looks. I'm thinking I want to get it lowered and get new rims after I get my windows tinted. My car is the flint mica color. Right now I'm thinking I want some gunmetal rims but I'm not too sure which ones to get and I'm up for suggestions. I'm open for any ideas and I figure that I would ask people that have done stuff with their Tc already. Thanks!

I like GM rims on a FM tC. Nice and stealthy! Tell us what type of rim you're looking for. There are many choices out there. (Mesh, 5-Spoke, 6-Spoke, etc. and so on.) Here's a couple of sites I've done business with...

discounttiredirect.com

edgeracing.com

Both sites are great and I highly recommend them! Congrats on the new ride!

Thanks everyone for the help and welcome. These are some good sites to look at as well. I'm leaning more towards the 5 spoke wheels and I'm not looking to pay anymore than 150 per wheel. It seems like the more and more I look the more choices I have which just makes it harder lol.

get something with a lip!!! oh and lowering I highly recommend too... hotchkis has a spring and swaybar set out and is great, very affordable and changes the car completely! Are you a big fan of TRD? if so look at
TRDsparks.com, you can find the 18" TRD 5-spoke wheels there but are a more than what you are looking to spend....

but the first 3 things I would do would be
lowering springs
tinted windows
Short throw (I highly recommend doctorisotope, great products, visit doctorisotope.com and check out his shortthrows, shortest on the market and one of the most affordable too!!)

well I am done sounding like a salesman.... sheesh... oh and welcome! :D
