Well, as a few people I talk to here on SL know, I'm a minitrucker. I love anything super low and ground scraping. Anyway, I'm moving out of the house in the suburbs of SLC that I currently live and it's difficult to find a place downtown with a garage for a decent price. I've been working on my 1995 GMC ex cab for about 3 years now. Most of the work done I've been a part of, or completed myself. It was quite a learning experience. After that I backed into my roommate's car and caved in the tailgate. So I decided to do what any respectable minitrucker would do, and that's shave the whole a$$ end. I picked up a Grant cal combo for a gaggle of green and had my buddy start work on it. Well I got in a little over my head and decided to do 22's, paint the interior, chrome, etc. Ran out of money. Money that was supposed to put me through school and what not. At the time I was working at wally world. Not much income... Now I work a decent job. Decided to buy a new car (2008 Scion xB) and now car payments consume my life.
I had to let her go.

Thanks for the awesome replies!! The most important thing is, I learned a lot. I know how to weld fairly well, I know how to do decent body work, I know how to fiberglass, etc.
So next truck I get, I'll have an awesome game plan and I'll know exactly what I want to do and how to do it.
