Default Great-fitting Non-Custom Sub for tC (pics - 56k warning)

The 10" Infinity Basslink T 250Wsub fits perfectly by the rear seat and there's still plenty of cargo room in the trunk. Great alternative instead the Bazooka.

It goes for $499 at crutchfield, but you can find a new one on ebay for less that $300.

how well does it sound? what size regular sub(s) can you compare it to? I remember hearing the single Basslinks and while they are impressive for their size and depth, they definitely can't contend to a boxed 12"

ooh.... i like it too, it's very clean and allows for a lot of trunk space. But kind of screws the reclining feature

nycazn79- what headunit do you have up there, is that the kenwood? or Eclipse? it looks like it fits perfectly

The sound is great for its size. The sound is a lot deeper and you can feel the bass more compared to the oem Bazooka I heard at the dealer. It won't set off car alarms, but it provides that extra low end "thump" the stock speakers are missing.

aznJ - The head unit is the Kenwood Excelon DDX-7015. I would have rather gotten the Eclipse, but I could not find a good price for it compared for what I got the kenwood for.

It's actually a single 10 with the addition of two 10 inch passive radiators.

Man is that a club in your car? Better invest your money into something better to protect all that cool gear you have, like a fancy alarm with a kill switch or something. People cut through those clubs all the time.

can you give us more info on the DVD player. Does it hold 1 cd and 1 dvd? Does the cover still close as the OEM unit? I'm looking to get one of these when I get my scion just want to make sure. How's the movie quality? Does it work while you drive? How much for the unit? How much for the install? Do the movie play with all the bass? Is there anyway to shut this off? Does the DVD player have a wire for a PS2? Sorry for all the questions but its rare we see them on here.
Thanks in advance.

1. The unit has one slot that handles both cd/dvd/mp3-cd
2. You have to drill new holes on the mounting brackets to allow the unit to fit in deeper to allow the door to close
3. Movie quality is excellent
4. Legally, the unit cannot play movies while driving except if you have an external monitor, but there are ways to bypass it
5. Install was free cuz I did it myself
6. The unit has a RCA a/v input, so yes you can connect a PS2, Xbox, etc.
