I currently have an 08 tC with the OEM lip kit, so I'm already sitting fairly low.

I just ordered a set of S-Techs from EBAY and they will arrive Wednesday and probably be installed the same day.

I've personally never owned a lowered car before, and I'm hoping some of you vets can give me some advice on how to handle the ride. IE: speed bumps, pot holes, dips in the road, etc.

I'd really appreciate some help, as I don't want to eff up the new car too terribly bad.

Thanks a ton in advance.

Just drive, avoid pot holes and if the speed bump is to high take it at an angle.

go over things at an angle...not straight on.......and get associated with the scraping sound..lol...i plan to lower mine soon too but i sure do hate hearing that sound..

you're probably already used to doing so, but watch out when pulling into parking spots, don't pull in too far and hit that cement block or curb, esp. with your lip kit..

i have stechs on an rs1 lip kit (lower than oem) on 17" low profiles. im fine on regular speed bumps, but going onto driveways or very high speed bumps i have to always angle in.

Do everything, I repeat EVERYTHING at an angle
