Default Which Turbo Exhaust do you like?

Ok, I cant decide on an exhaust to get for my car.

I have narrowed it down to 3 choices.

Here they are so let me know which one you like and think I should get:

1) Ptuning 3" Cat back exhaust
Price: $695.00
http://www.ptuning.com/html/Item-Des...p;ModelDesc=tC

2) Dezod Motorsports 2.5" S-Pipe-Back Stainless Steel Turbo Exhaust
Price: $630.00
http://www.dezod.com/pd_dezod_motors..._spipeback.cfm

3) Turbo-Mafia 3" Scion TC Catback w/ HKS Carbon TI muffler
Price: $617.00

all the 3" ones will probably be too much seeings that u won't be going over 300whp...so i would say the dezod one...not to mention, make it all dezod to match that S1!

I REALLY like the turbomafia, and was gona get one,but then alot of people were having issue getting their orders shipped. They said it was a communications thing, but I gto terrible ZPI flashbacks...

I dont' like the style of the dezod one...I prefer a rear can, and the dezod just looks to stock for me.

but he ptuning one is tight! I'd prefer the muffler on the back so you could see it, but it's still my current favorite.

I like exhaust that looks like stock... so I would say without question the Ptuning exhaust...

and buddha, there will always be a debate about 3" vs. 2.5"... even ptuning did it on a s/c tC and yielded better results but again, that doesn't mean anything... either way you will be at about the same, with 3" having MAYBE more hp and a little less tq

Well since my car is registered in CA and cops are royal dicks there... I like the stock look too myself so I was leaning towards the Ptuning one myself. I guess I will have to wait and see until the funds come my way

your best bet would be dezod's system.. it was designed with your kit in mind, and is full turboback for the price, not just catback components

Well the ptuning tip looks more like th TRD exhaust so thats what i was basing it off of. Not completely stock.

Dezod one looks the most stock, and I loved it when I had it.

Depends on your goals Alex? Are you eventually gonna build the motor, or just keep it stock and boost it.

i have the dezod exhaust and love it! great sound at wot and basically silent at idle. i liked the stock look which led me to it because in hawaii cops are rediculous! i recommend it to a lot of people!

my exhaust set-up was very cheap and very simple (Sounded bad@ss too)

Megan Racing 2.5" midpipe - $125
Used HKS Hi-Power axle back -$~200 used in the parts section

Total--> $325

that's 2/3's of the exhaust i ran, the other 1/3--> 2.5" downpipe was a random tech downpipe and and s-pipe included in my dezod kit.

Here's my vids of turbo/megan/HKS all 2.5":

OP....Take NOTE! Mightygnu is a smart man...hehee. Custom Baby, that IS the way to go. You pick what you want, be different than the other 50 million tC's out there, and can put whatever style muffler tip/can on the back.

PLUS when you say "it's custom", your cool points increase 10 fold.

And based on the simple fact that we are never satisfied when it comes to HP goals, you might want to take that into consideration when picking an exhaust. I don't like the stock look myself, so that would cancel out the Dezod exhaust for me (to many bends imo too). Next Ptunning is stock looking, but it provides ability to grow in hp. And Turbo Mafia looks the most customizable. My boy with the Dezod Kit in our club ordered a TM exhaust, he likes it. He said it took them a month to ship it though.
