Ok it's been 5 months and some change, but I finally got my Black 5-speed today. Had some complications throughout, but when I finally ran through it and did my financing, 5.8% WAHOO! And thats through Toyota. So im at a good $218 per month, plus I get free oil changes for the life of the car ( or under warranty). So yea, time to start with the aftermarkets!!!

Btw, I DID notice that rattle from the back which is supposed to be the inside plastic piece, gonna work on that tommorow. Also, talked to my salesman at Toyota, they said that the sunroof thingy was under warranty and is supposedly supposed to be fixed on all the new tC's and if the car had it, then they would fix it for free. hMmMmMm

 

How long was your financing term? Cost of insurance?

Doing some research on the costs of the tC and I'm very interested in purchasing one.

 

I got 2 quotes on the tC with just the standard airbags and no security....pretty much bare bones. and Geico quoted me $1400/year and Universal $1600/yr full coverage with comprehensive and collision. im also a 25 yr old female so that saved me a couple of bucks. i was in one accident with claim under $1000 in 2001. But i currently already have geico with my older car, and have been very happy with them and their prices.
