Depends on the state but it actually is usually written as visible from the outside of the vehicle.

So chances are if he drove with all of his red LED lit up a police officer may decide to pull him over.

well actually thats out where my brother lives. I just visit every weekend. i was thinking when i posted that maybe someone would recognize my navi destination. I have never seen another hooked up scion out there. Just a bunch of old ladies driving bone stocks. Hahah

 

Well,I'm not that hooked up yet. Working on it though. I'm on s-techs, debadged hatch, EZ custom Rammstein badge on the hatch, Wades, red-out tails, and a Tsudo fireball exhaust. Hopefully get me new wheels once I get my tax return, and I'm fighting the urge to get EZ's eyelids.
