That's a rear emblem and if it has the same backing(orange plastic) as the one pictured it is OEM and not fake. Their ad is screwed up, I'd just keep it since that's not too bad of a deal for the $

All the fake Taiwan ones I've seen use that cheap white foam adhesive pad along with white paper backing.

BTW I sent a message to the seller telling them to fix their ad.

^ yeah if it comes with the orange paper on the back and has a black chrome tint to it then its real. ^ i had the one with the white foam and that ish jacked up my hatch. so i had to take the emblem off and get a real one and I still have the foam residue on my hatch (i tried everything to get it off, no go!) nope, not me. to tell you the truth, i dont even have my license yet but i cant wait to be able to start going to all the meets.
