Default Alright Hit Me, What Would I Need????

Alright I'm not too good on the suspension topic but I got an 07 turboed tc. Only thing Ive done with suspension so far is the hotchkis lowering springs. Ive been searching and reading topics but still stuck on what to decide or what route to go on so im asking for a little bit of help.

Sway Bars and Rear strut tower bars, which should I go with. And is there anything else I could do for suspension?? Struts, coilovers im not getting into yet but right now its about the sway bars and the rear strut.

Any info is appreciated. Thanks

well, what do you want out of your suspension?

but what you could do is put something like trd, koni yellow or tochiko struts on. front and rear sway bars and strut tower braces, sway bar endlinks, engine motor mounts, lightweight wheels, sticky tires etc.

I would def go with the sway bars next, and maybe a front strut bar. I don't really see a desperate need for a rear just because there seems to be a body support already there. It can't hurt to get one but i would def. go with the front first.

tires and a sway bar set will help your handling out

Personally i would stick with the sway bars and forget bout the strut braces. Take it from me, and pretty much anyone here who has them, they do NOTHING for handling. Theyre purely for aesthetic purposes.

For sways i would suggest either progress or hotchkis.

strut braces aren't really bad, they don't stiffen anything up really, they literally just help brace the chasis to resist flexing and bending in hard cornering.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strut_bar

it helps reduce understeer, but it isn't as noticible as sway bars.

It's the front strut bar that has a minimal effect, the strut mounts are fairly close to the firewall which pretty much negates the need for a front bar.
