Aloha all...yup you heard it right, it's back !!

SCION EVOLUTION and Longo Scion are currently working on putting on another one of the long awaithed Track and Show night at the irwindale speed way coming in March.

Turnout for these shows have always had a great response by the Scion community with between 400 to 600 cars at every event.

We just wanted to give you all the heads up on the proposed show so you can all save the date. We will be having it on a Friday night and yes RACING on the TRACK will be "FREE" !!!

I will be sure to update this thread for all with all the information you wil all need. Hope to see you all and please spread the word. Peace.

Please post up for all those interested so we can guage the interest by the masses. Thanks.

Please don't forget the SHOW and Sound part of this event...we can't wait to see al the new model Scions with their new gear as well as all those sick 1st gens.

We may also have a lighting showoff as well, we'll have to see..more details as the show gets closer.

It may be a bit hard for the judges to judge the cars when they are on the track, so I'm not sure if we can do that, but we'll see maybe we can finish up the car show judging portion early enough that those that want to run still have some time...we'll see no promses tho..thanks

per prior years... you either show or race cannot do both....
but either way its an awsome time.... and one of the best shows of the year you dont want to miss this

seems kinda hard to decide but then again i know i won't win for showing so i think race would be fine :)

Irwindale Speedway Triathlon Rules and Regulations

1. Upon entrance to the Speedway, please make an immediate right turn at the main gate.
2. Watch for and follow the directions of the Red Shirt Event Staff event.
3. Stop at control point and check in with the Red Shirt Event Staff.
4. The Red Shirt Event Staff will clear you through check in and give you your lane assignment.
5. Upon entering the Speedway all participants must declare if they are participating in drag portion of the event or the car show. There will be assigned lanes for each category of participation.
6. The line-up will be on a first come first served basis. It you are a club or team that wants to show together as a group, you must line up together. There will be ample space for clubs or teams to assemble to the side until all the members arrive.
7. There will be no spaces saved in the show car area for late arrivals.

RACING RULES:
Maximum speed limit in the parking lot is 5 MPH at all times.
Irwindale Police and Speedway Staff patrol the parking lot and will be enforcing the 5 MPH speed limit.
In the event that the speed limit is NOT adhered to your racing privileges will be revoked immediately and possible removal from the event.

Nope! I would love to kill some tCs too! I killed almost every tC I raced last year and I was supercharged back then. Now im turbo and the car pulls MUCH harder. So Im sure Ill do pretty good

that dude has sht under the hood that I've never seen before...I'm espescially interested in ehat he has going on with his injectors. My guess is that he is DEFFINATELY pushing more power (from his motor) but he's heavier and auto.

as far as the track no..let me see on the other awards..not sure..Why not break it down to engine size, and split the 2.4's by model? it comes to 4 classes, but...I've the xA can't touch an xD, and I don't think an xB2.4 could keep up with a tC.

but at the distance of the track it has more to do with the driver as I saw some really interesting wins the last time :)

Yeah I was beating everyone* too, including the 'Rolla S, tC's and an xB2, but I didn't go against anyone that was turbo'd, and there are a lot of tC's with that advantage. To sum up, I agree with your Classes.

*Except you and that gutted xB that was killing everyone. (I don't count my first race, cause the Celica was running a low 15psi boost through his fully built motor. Yeah, he said LOW 15 pounds.
