Default Fastscions.com & H.O.B. Crank Pulley & Throttle Body

____To begin I would like to thank Fastscions.com for putting this together, and House of Billet for making two awesome products. House of Billet made a Throttle Body Spacer and Lightened Crank Pulley out of 6061 Aluminum and the H.O.B. pulley weights about 3-4 pounds less than the OEM pulley. When I first arrived at House of Billet, Joseph from Fastscions.com was there to greet me and show me the products in person. He explained how the products would help the car in its performance and gas mileage for daily driving. When he first showed me the crank pulley it looked very nice. He handed the pulley to me, and I was expecting it to be a bit heavier, but to my surprise it was really light. It was as light as my cell phone (AT&T SYNC). The throttle body spacer also looked nice and didn't weight much.
____When I returned to House of Billet to pick up my car I was excited and couldn't wait to get it on the road to try it out. From the moment I started my car, I could hear the motor taking more air in than before. It sounded a lot nicer than the Fujita Cold Air Intake I had before. When I revved the car a few times, the whistle that the throttle body spacer made would get louder and the revs would be steadier than before on the RPM needle. After leaving I noticed that the car had a different sound to it. My wheels also seemed to spin a lot easier than before and cruised smoothly on the street. Once I got on the freeway and accelerated, I was amazed at the difference it made going up hill because the car would kind of die out, but now it just kept going without struggling. I accelerated to the speed limit and I could feel the big difference right there at that exact moment because it sped up quicker than I had thought it would. It is a lot easier to gain higher speeds with less time and less force. I drove the car around on the streets and freeway for 3 days and couldn’t be happier with the results. As for gas mileage, it appears to use less gas than before. It is fun to drive, and I have more fun than before. From a stop, the car does 0 to 60 in quicker time. As I stated above I am very happy with the products that were installed in the car.
____After driving around with the stock air box I decided to step it up and added a Fujita cold air intake and cat-back exhaust. I was wondering if it would hit my TRD front strut bar so I tried it out. The installation seemed easier for the intake because the throttle body was closer, which aloud me to reach the bottom bolts to hold the intake easier. I did not have any issues with the intake hitting the strut bar so that was a plus and I just left the Doctor Isotope cold air intake fender mount panel and the second pipe went in just as well as before without any problems. it is a bit further away from the inside of the fender, so there was no rubbing between the two(a good thing). After I completely finished installing the cold air intake I measured the gap and it was 7 cm, and also put 7 pennies stacked up and they seemed to hold between the cold air intake and strut bar without falling to the sides. I had a friend rev it to see if it would hit or rub and actually it seemed to stay right in place without moving much so there shouldn't be any issues along with that. When the motor was revved, the whistle got even louder and sounded very nice. I drove the car down the street and was able to hear the whistle get louder as the rpm's when higher and decided to see how it felt while going on the freeway and it seemed to have more gains than before. The whistle sounds very nice and takes up more air while accelerating. So every time the car would shift it would sound almost like a blow off valve type: where the whistle is louder, when the needle drops, and when it starts to raise you can still hear it taking in more air (this is on a automatic transmission). As for clearance with other intakes hitting the strut bar, I don't think you should have a problem at all with Fujita, Injen, TRD, K&N, and even with secret weapon-R short ram intake.
____All in all I can say this experience has been great and couldn't be anymore happier with the results of both the crank pulley and the throttle body spacer with either the stock air box or the cold air intake. I can't seem to thank Fastscions.com enough for this opportunity for using my car for R&D on 2 awesome products made by House of Billet. These two products are well worth buying for the price they are being sold at the moment, if my car wasn't used for R&D I would definitely jump on this deal that Fastscions.com is selling for both parts together. Thanks.

AcidDrop and I are trying to setup a dyno time next week. Nothing is set in stone, but we are working on it.

dyno runs will be in this order
1st.stock airbox w/out tbs
2nd.stock airbox w/ tbs
3rd.fujita cai w/ tbs until then stop asking me what are numbers cause at the moment i do not know, but i know it won't be some big gains but something is always better than nothing.

you know how you can hear a small whistling noise when you put a aftermarket intake, well you can hear it with your stock airbox and the TBspacer, but once i put my fujita CAI it got way louder than before.
