thats kindof a waste of money imo. different colored doors and fenders (especially fenders) tend to give cars that look that says "take me to the body shop"

im all about some carbon fiber hoods and hatches though. lips and gas doors are cool too.

get all the cf what you could get and paint it.. thats a nice diet for our cars... our cars are heavy... = hood, trunk, doors, fender.. that could be more than a 150 punds of weight savings..

Hmmm, they would blend in on a FM... one question though... are those cutout vents on the fender functional or is that just a piece of chrome that I see... it's kinda hard to tell from the pic.

i hope to god the only CF on the doors is the outer skin. i can see it now, 1970 caddy eldorado taps door, door explodes into peices, driver unhappy. i really do wonder how they do hold up in an accident though.

my buddy's skyline has seibon doors and when he rolls up the window and it comes to the top... you can see the doors bend under the stress from the window motor on the lightweight door.... then again he has the fenders too and they weigh more than stock hah

if its just a shell of fiberglass there- you better have a good roll cage or not daily drive your car

Carbon fiber parts compromise any car's OEM safety requirements far too much for it to considered acceptable for a daily driven car. However, there are people stupid enough to install such parts on street vehicles. You might think it's cool now, but if your carbon fiber door shatters in an accident and you still make it out alive, you'll be lying in an ambulance thinking it's not very cool anymore...

Awesome looking products. I think I found somewhere that had those doors for $1300. Still too much $$$ for me tho. Really like the fenders but $800? The ones from CC are only like $600 Those prices must be MSRP?

those fenders with the vents look mad ____... and agreed with above...id rather get hit with a metal door to deflect the impact then a c/f door... and i dont know how ur gonna fix it either when u get hit by a parked car...

I love CF, but I think the doors may be a little much. The fenders look good on certain color cars.

I like Carbon Fiber hoods and hatches, but I wouldn't get them on my tC unless they were painted.

pfft danger's overrated. i just want to be cool like everyone else. haha jk :P :silly: but yea i would never put those doors on a DD. CF isnt very cool when a ten inch shard is sticking 2 inches out your side.
