If you're looking at making your own speaker box and don't know how Vas, Qts or all the other paramaters affect box design, this book does a great job of explaining it all.

It was published in 1995 so the software section is out of date. The guy that wrote it did make a follow-up book,

Speaker Building 201

I don't have the second one so don't know how good it is. Both were written for home audio, but a speaker is a speaker so the same calculations and theory will apply to cars.
