TRD shifter shortened 1 1/2 inches with a Sparco globe shift ****.

 

Not bad for autoxing, since rollover is nearly unheard of and being solidly pinned in the seat is a big advantage. But for street or track driving they add danger in the case of a rollover for sure.

 

I'd rock it, but I actually use my rear seats

Thanks everyone! I love the way it turned out! I'm just waiting on the exhaust and i can drive it out of the shop.

I'm not in a position right now to start any high performance driving with the car. So, i don't think i will be flipping it on it's roof. I show the car right now and i don't drive it that often. Next year i plan on a built motor and a ROLLCAGE! Then it's time to have some fun!

 

Is Ptuning producing that bar now? I'd talked to them before but I never heard back from them again after I started an interest thread... I'd really like to get one.

 

i really like the door panels and back seat panels... looks really good. what material did you use?

 

Check your post about it. They are building a full rollcage for their TC now. They felt it to be not worth the time and money to mass produce a harness bar. They knew that i had a serious interest in it as well. Because i am local and a good customer, they gave it to me for a price. I had the powdercoat stripped off and changed to Silver.

 

That was done at the same time as my leather seats. It's a Katzkin leather kit. I decided to leave the panels in the car to give it a different look. I decided to take the car from more show to more go. I think the leather panels makes a nice touch with the new seats, etc.

I'm thinking of just sucking it up and getting a cage anyway... well the Autopower Roll Bar specifically... more expensive but at least it's available lol
