you should of takin off your a/c compressor as well that way you wouldn't have to worry about recharging it and having all that R-132 go up into the atmosphere...

turbo is on the way back to me now...should see itin the next couple of days. I actually ended up having the greddy 14g upgraded....apparently the turbine inside was from a 16g and the company i had rebuild it specialzes in mitsubishi turbos. so they ended up boring the bearing housings out and uppin it to a 18g turbine and the 14g housing so it will still spool quick but be reliable to higher boost which with this motor im sure ill never touch.

ok got everything installed last night with the exception of the fuel pump and fuel rail....for some reason if with the new seats and seals and making sure everythign was seated properly it refused to stop leaking from injector 1 so i went ahead and stuck with the stock rail for now and im gonna just get a diff rail then install the fuel pump.....

also goin to and gettin her tuned and dynoed. so i will post results later today.

but for now more pics of the build

turbo in

new rail in (before i had to take it off)

stock rail

little shot of my dumped exhaust

starting the rerouting of the larger piping

getting the intercooler lined up

ok so got her on the dyno today and all in all i am pretty happy considering the problems ive had......

ok so baseline run we did nothing except put in the value for the new injectors and we came up with a 108.51hp and 100.20ft lbs at 5700

so then after tweaking and having lots of tuning issues because my knock sensor is bad and keep trying to make the car pull timing we came out with this...

at 7.5lbs of boost 155.45hp and 143.54 ft lbs at 5700

So all in all i am very happy with the results for now....once the knock sensor is replaced and the fuel rail and pump are done i will be gettin it tweaked. my tuner thinks we should have any problems hitting 180 with these things at 9lbs so we shall see what transpires in the next lil while...also i am looking into a water/meth kit in the near future and that will help me immensly

very nice flows really well but i'm more of a stealth kind of guy rather than advertise the intercooler.

see i was the same way....however most everyone around knows my car and they know its boosted either by me telling them or by simply finding out when the box walks away...lol......so i figured might as well show it off and get some better airflow at the same time.
