You say that like it's a GOOD thing. Good luck with your Candien built/American designed wagon. Hopefully you won't have too many recalls or warranty visits. Also, I hope the price of fuel doesn't double anytime soon for ya.
You did get the Hemi I hope? Now get busy installing a Charger front end on that thing. The Magnum front end looks lame outta the box.

Thats too bad, it could have been a "easy come, easy go" kinda perspective.
That was one of my favorite xB1's on these forums .... a sad day(for me anyways) indeed.

From my perspective, its usually the case when someone gets "rid of" / sells there xB1 or xA - that they tend to then go with something "faster" / more hp.

Thats the trade off now a days, do you want better mpg , or 1.5 -2.5X more hp over what a xB1 or xA gives you. You cannot have both great mpg + hp.

I'll enjoy my xA until the day comes when I can get a 2.5L ~ say 170 hp(stock) AWD NA, that will get me a solid mid-30's mpg (maybe 35-38 ish) average. That day is not too far into the future- maybe 4-6 years from now, at the rate that certain car technologies are headed, whether it be from Toyota or Subaru .... but thats the only way I'd even consider buying another car in the next 10 years (and even then, would I sell the xA to then buy that car ??!!)

Not to mention the upkeep cost on that car over our modified Echo's. I love how simple, and low cost the upkeep is on them, along with the mpg.

I bet after a few trips to the gas pump, most people come to realize horse power is over rated. Nothing wrong with a powerful car or truck, but if you don't need it in your line of work, it silly to replace a fuel efficient car, with a gas hog. Maybe add to the fleet, but not replace.
