I did a quick search but couldn't find the exact information I needed....

Lets say I have the TRD LSD + Install Kit and I'm NOT going to the dealer for the install. What shims (part #'s?) do I need? Any places you guys/gals would recommend purchasing these from?

you wont know the shim size(s) until you get in there.
YOU will need a new spedo gear however

You don't need to replace these during the install, but it's always nice to put in fresh hardware and rubber pieces.
