People who always have to one up you are annoying.

This especially happens amongst coworkers...

Like when I was talking to a coworker about how I just got 40% off deal on VRD fogs, coworker goes, "Oh, i got those for $100". I tell my coworker I just got an exhaust for ~$300, he goes "Oh, I got it for $180". I tell my coworker that I'm thinking about getting a B&M shortshifter for $100-ish, he goes "Oh, got mine for $80, INSTALLED". I'm eating some Chinese food, he goes "Oh, I only eat REAL chinese food, like the time travelled to China and hung out w/ the Emperor, blah blah blah"....

like, shut the ____ up already.

ya know, if you're gonna gloat over all your deals and hookups, at least share the knowledge by saying where and how you got it, instead of just saying how you cool you are for being so priveleged for getting these deals and then conveniently forgetting where you got the deal from.

/end rant

There is a guy at my work who is so sold on Hondas-he has a 200x prelude with the autcrapic and says with a skunk 2 motor kit and an exhaust he will get 910hp-and he believes he's serious.

Hey-I'm not trying to one up you with that story either-just sharing workers crap.

These kind of people bother and amuse me. Its so annoying to hear them go on about something you know good and well is a load of bs. But, its kinda funny at the same time.

I occasionally talk to a guy like this. He can get me all sorts of deals on stuff for my car. Its been endless stuff. The latest was an Injen intake for $150 new. He was hanging out as I was installing it saying I should send it back and getone from him. Then he said I should go w/ the CAI and he could get that for me for $275. Yeah dumb@ss, I could make it a CAI if I wanted (see the other large chrome pipe). And I got it for $240. What a loser :loser:

Yeah, that does suck when people do that ....its like :blah:

I find that ignoring them makes them stop cause if I don't show any interest then usually they realize its pointless to brag......usually
