i have the photoshop templates, if you have some skills, you can design your own, but you'll have to go to an art supply and get some opaque film, or go to kinkos to have it printed.

Actually I'm looking for a custom design I came up with myself, this thread has a face similar, but I'd want to modify it even further than that.
