Default Ordered my Xd

Buying a car is probably the most annoying thing I have even done, not to mention I don't think my salesperson really knew a lot about the scion brand as he kept having to ask for help. Also, I expected the whole thing to take less time since I was not financing through toyota, somehow even though I did not apply for financing, I still had to be there for 3 hours. On top of all this I was sick and felt like I was going to pass out the whole time. I guess the worst part is after all of that I don't have a car to show for it, it won't be here in a couple of days.

Next, I applied for a loan through AAA and even though I received an excellent rate, it is the biggest pain in the ___, who knows how long it is going to take to get the check from them so I can actually go pick up the car. I have never had to fax so much crap to one place, and then its not clear enough for them I have to fax it back . Jeez. This wouldn't be that big of a deal but I am still sick and stayed home from work and therefore do not have access to a fax. Oh well I am hoping that once I have the car, and considering how crappy my old car was it will make it all worth it.

Sorry for the long post but I guess I just needed to vent. I'm gonna go pass out now.

The dealership didn't have dedicated guys working on the Scion side? I thought all dealers had at least two Scion guys working. No idea though. I got Scion financing and was there for probably.. 3-4hrs a well doing all the paper work needed for the new car and trading in on the old car. Didn't mind though because once we were done I got to drive my baby off the lot!

Though I do know when you get your baby, all that time spent will be worth it! What color did you get?

I got the silver, and I added alloy wheels and cargo mats. I was looking at other colors because I have seen several silver ones around town, but the silver looked the sharpest to me. I'm sure I will be happy once I get the car, the thing that made me buy it was the base model had everything I needed, it's just more of a hassle than I thought it was going to be.

I think silver is actually better than the other colors when it comes to scratches and things like that lol. The standard features are amazing on such a small cheap car huh? It blew me away and my mom when I dragged her to the dealership to show her what I was going to get.
