Default Turbo setup tweaks

As many know, I ran a ZPI stage 1 turbo kit on my xB. I took it off because of reliability problems. i.e. the nylon lock nut on the turbo came loose and the turbo separated.

Sooooo.

I am looking this spring/summer to do some tweaking of the setup.
What I am looking at doing is:
Clutch / Lightened Flywheel
Engine mounts
Lightened Crank Pulley
Headers
Turbo Wastegate recirculate pipe. (I hate the atmospheric dump noise)

What I want to know is....

-What is a good daily driven clutch to handle upto 250hp. Notice I say up to.. I think I was MAYBE doing 150hp at 7.25psi and the clutch was slipping at full throttle.

-What mounts are recommended

-What pulley everyone likes (thinking Perrin)

-What headers would work well with this setup. ( I am thinking 4-2-1)

-What kind of setup I should do with the dump pipe. Minding that the turbo is remote mounted.

keep in mind I have been doing a lot of research, I just want to hear some thoughts as general descriptions of products don't tell me jack.

Thanks

As for clutch, im running with the Spec Stage 2 and it works brilliantly! I think it should hold 250 HP no problem. Its not to aggressive, so it wont kill your left knee. You also said you wanted to get a flywheel. I think cbelieu, is running with the Fidanza flywheel and he hasn't had any issues.

I have yet to find a set of decent motor mounts for this engine. The best way to go it so re-fill your existing motor mounts with urethane (i think that what they use) and re-mount them. Tamago is doing this as we speak.

I didn't want to put a pulley on my car because since its already turbo, i don't think you need to lighten up anymore.

Its weird that you post up header on a turbo setup, but i forget your running the weird ZPI kit. There are some nice header out there but i think anything that ceramic coated, should do the trick.

As for the dump pipe, i have no idea. Just run it to the side, like Tamago did.

just remember, the zpi turbo xb snapped its axles at lik 230 whp, so you don't really wanna push too much power.

so what is with the header? does the zpi turbo use the factory exhaust manifold and have an exhaust collector for the turbo after it?

yup, zpi kit bolts to the stock headers.. has a downpipes and then turbo. turbo is actually under the drivers door.
Yea it snapped axles at 11psi and a wickedly hard launch at the track. I just want something that has the ability to hold up to.. that way if i do ever push 200 not that I am expecting to, it would hold it just fine
